We reached out to several agents to look for someone to sell our home and help us find something larger and after having issues with getting responses or someone to take their time with our questions, we were recommended to reach out to Evan Kaufman. We wrote him an email explaining that it was our first time selling and wanted to take our time to find our new home as it would be the one we planned on staying in for many years.

Evan contacted us back within minutes, sending us an overview of how he could help and then worked with us on setting up a time to meet. We first met at the house we were selling and were immediately impressed by how streamlined Evan was in his work. He provided a really detailed overview of what he does and what we could expect during the selling/buying, explaining everything in an easy to understand way and answering all of our many questions.

Evan made it very easy to get our house posted, and through all of the offers he showed a great knowledge of the area and the current market. He was also very quick to respond to any questions we had, and kept us updated no matter the day/time, and sending us frequent text updates.

Evan also helped in narrowing down the exact neighborhood and house type that we described to him, and was very quick in scheduling walk throughs of houses we were interested in. While walking through houses he was full of advice on what to look for and knew the areas very well having lived and worked in the Dayton area for so long.

Both closing processes went way easier than when we first bought a house several years ago, and Evan did so much in helping ensure we didn't worry and kept the entire process very enjoyable.

Evan is an ideal realtor. We bought and sold our house with Evan because he is a true pleasure to work with. He does an excellent job of explaining the full process while also providing the information in written format so you can go back and reference everything that he explains. When it came time to put in an offer, Evan really showed his experience. He was able to coach me on the home buying process, deciding on a fair starting offer, and developing a negotiating strategy that ultimately helped me close on the perfect home we wanted in Dayton, OH.

Also, Evan was extremely well versed in VA loans. He explained all the options available to me and pointed me to local experts to answer my specific questions. He knew the few extra steps to take to ensure homes would stand up to a VA home inspection and pointed me in the right direction when negotiating to ensure items that needed fixing were discussed with the seller. Since, I was not local he was instrumental in getting me hooked up with the right experts to inspect and appraise the home.

Overall, Evan (and his team!) made what could have been a stressful and anxiety-filled process, even without a global pandemic, smooth sailing. When it comes time to PCS again, Evan will be the first person I call. Thanks again, Evan!  

Selling our home with Evan felt WAY TOO EASY. I had been apprehensive of putting the home on the market, finding the right buyers, and doing so in a timely fashion before our cross country move. But Evan made the process smooth, easy and seamless. He was a very good communicator - extremely responsive. He also answered all of our questions. Purchasing a home can be an overwhelming experience, especially when you are doing it from out of state. Evan made the process seamless.
We worked with Evan for about 6 months looking for the perfect property that would meet all of our needs. Evan worked tirelessly sending us properties.
